Our Service Offerings
MAINTENANCE SERVICE OFFERING
Cellar Temperature Monitoring
Wine needs to be maintained in specific conditions in order to mature gracefully and prevent spoilage.
The optimal temperature for long-term storage of wine is 55-60 degrees with humidity around 60 percent.
We offer annual service contracts that include monitoring of cellar conditions to ensure optimal operation of your cooling system.
MAINTENANCE SERVICE OFFERING
Annual Cleaning Service
It is crucial to monitor the systems in your sauna or wine cellar in order for them to work properly and reach an optimal life span.
As part of our preventative maintenance and monitoring program, we will come inspect your wine cellar and/or sauna and ensure the mechanical systems are working properly and ensuring correct air flow.
An annual visual report will be included with this service. For wine cellars, this includes changing air filters and cleaning jammed air ducts. For saunas, this includes changing out rocks and cleaning under duckboards.
