Our Process
STEP ONE
Consult
Every cellar begins with a vision.
Our initial consultation guides us to the services that fit your needs, allowing us to create a custom solution for your unique vision and ensure we are all moving towards the same final goal.
In this consultation phase, our team will likely visit your space to get an idea of the scope of the project.
Some initial factors to consider:
What types of wine, what bottle sizes, and number of bottles will be stored?
Will your cellar be used for presentation or for storage only?
Room preparation (including lighting, flooring, cooling and more).
STEP TWO
Design
Each cellar we build is custom construction, meaning we make the most of every room, down to 1/8th of an inch.
Based on our discussions, we create 3D renderings to bring your vision to life. This allows us to preview your space together and discuss any changes prior to the build. We will always work with you to find the perfect fit for your space.
During this phase, the unique knowledge we have gained from 12+ years in business really comes in to play as we guide you in to elegant design that is both feasible and practical.
STEP THREE
Install
“Fit and Finish” is our mantra when it comes to installation.
We have hand-selected our craftsmen from experience with challenging installations that highlight excellent trade skills beyond the scope of your typical contractor.
At this phase, we bring designs to life through wood, metal, glass, lighting and other materials.
In addition to working with these materials, we understand the ins and outs of cooling and will bring that to our builds to ensure we marry function and elegance.
STEP FOUR
Maintain
In addition to the sentimental value of your wine, a wine cellar also carries a financial value.
Our innovative maintenance program enables you to protect your investment and truly enjoy your collection.
We will monitor the mechanical systems of your cellar and make sure it maintains the correct the temperature and humidity for your wine.
Annual visual inspection by our professional team is also an important aspect of keeping your systems running properly.
