Evergreen Point

Evergreen Point was able to utilize the natural light from the exterior and interior windows of the house, but the cellar is tucked around a corner, avoided the damaging power of direct sunlight.

The interior window off of the bonus room/lounge downstairs allows the homeowners to view the beauty of their cellar from the comfort of their couch.

Inspired Design, Inviniti Refined.

Evergreen Point wine room is one of a trio of wine rooms that found inspiration from one of the old countries, in this case, France.

The riddling rack incorporated into this cellar allows it to carry different sizes and shaped bottles from a myriad of vendors.

Love of a Good Blend

This wine room is a blend of old school practices, modern-contemporary colors and old school cellaring materials all blended together to make this one of our favorite recent projects.

We are proud of how the ceiling mounted coil that hides all the mechanics turned out. It took a blend of trades people and craftsmen to make this whole project a reality.
